QB Online is the cleanest path. QB Desktop with CSV export works too. Xero or Sage is a harder onboarding — flag it before an intro.

Who qualifies for the founding program?
Firms in the 20–200 active-client range on QuickBooks (Online preferred; Desktop with CSV export works too). Practice mix should include at least some tax and some ongoing bookkeeping or advisory work. Team size 1–5 is the sweet spot for the current product.
What does onboarding actually look like?
Week 1: we configure your environment and ingest 5–15 pilot clients together — your choice, usually the clients whose books you know best. Weeks 2–3: daily workflows (morning briefings, anomaly alerts, document drafts, Schedule C pre-fills). Week 4: full client book live. We stay on a recurring call until you tell us you don't need us.
Is the 25% discount locked in forever?
For 24 months from your go-live date. After that, you move to standard pricing at whatever the list rate is at that time — with advance notice and the option to negotiate.
