Public plans are per user/month. Each user gets their own included AI work allowance for the billing period.
Are you charging me for tokens?+
No. We track provider cost internally so budgets work, but customer-facing usage is shown as included AI work in dollars.
What happens when included AI work is used?+
Quick questions can stay available. Extra deep work either pauses, asks for approval, or moves to an overage-enabled plan depending on your plan and settings.
Why is Power more expensive?+
Power is for owners and senior reviewers who regularly need high-context research, evidence synthesis, and premium model paths.
Can I pay annually?+
Yes. Annual terms can be handled through Stripe or an order form. Book a walkthrough if that is how your firm buys software.
Do you offer a free trial?+
Not today. Memwa is most useful when it has real firm context, so we prefer a guided demo and a clear first workflow over a shallow trial.
